Chef de cuisine Rüdiger König cooks with passion and love. He sources his ingredients from the local region whenever possible. The menu is a happy balance of tried and tested dishes and new creations that König continuously develops.
Bar Management
André Petruska, Sylvie Strimmer & Moritz Wermers
André Petruska, Sylvie Strimmer and Moritz Wermers manage the restaurant and the bar and are responsible for the seasonal wine and drinks menu. They anticipate the requirements of their guests with competence and attentiveness and stand for first-class service.
Romina Huber
Reception manager Romina Huber nurtures the warm-welcome culture of Zuoz and is the true face of the Castell. She keeps an overview of what’s going on, as all the threads of the hotel’s daily operation run through her hands. And she always has a tailor-made suggestion up her sleeve for every type of weather and mood.
