Art Weekend

On Snow
and ice

Castell Art Weekend is all about finding out new things about art, meeting exciting artists in person, having stimulating discussions, visiting art locations in Zuoz and beyond. It is a lighthouse for the arts in the heart of the Engadin.

For hotelier Ruedi Bechtler—artist, curator and collector—art is an experience with a clear social element. Since the early days of the Castell he has invited friends and other artists to present their work, to enter into dialogue with an enthusiastic audience and to create new works on site. Talks and discussions bring artists and visitors together, foster interaction and create connections. Over the years it has grown into an institution in the Swiss art scene.
