Chef de cuisine Rüdiger König adapts his menu daily according to the availability of seasonal products. Authentic, unadulterated and made with love—he works with the finest ingredients from the Alpine region and Switzerland wherever possible.

We live and breathe authentic wine, indigenous grape varieties, origin and terroir; when the climatic conditions and the passion of the winemaker are discernible in the glass.
Our focus is on wines from the Alpine region, complemented by rarities and favourites from other wine regions.

Zuoz
Head chef Rüdiger König devotes himself to a different culinary theme every season in the form of a pop-up restaurant. In the summer, for example, he served Indian sharing dishes in the Damensalon every Thursday to Saturday.

Z'mörgele
Cheese from Sennerei Pontresina, organic free-range eggs from the Casty family in Zuoz, coffee from Badilatti roastery in Zuoz, Al Canton tea from Le Prese—you will find these and many more delicious regional specialities on our breakfast buffet.
Breakfast is included for all overnight guests and the buffet is open from 7:30 to 11am. Non-resident guests are also warmly welcome but are advised to book in advance. Price per person CHF 29.
The Art Nouveau
Hall
Dinner and breakfast are served in the Art Nouveau Hall, below the impressive stucco ceiling that has survived from Castell Zuoz’s early days. Large windows open to the sun deck, large-scale works by contemporary artists on the walls—a unique experience.
The side halls
Right next to the main hall, and no less charming, the Belvair is decorated with artistic wallpaper designed by artist Nicolas Party, while the rustic Jägerstübli has been embellished with filigree installations by artist couple Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger. The Damensalon just off the lounge is also suitable for special occasions.
